To be eligible to borrow from this Credit Union, all Postal Employees must have successfully completed their ninety (90) day probationary period and their position must be designated as a career appointment. PTF's (Part-time Flex), which are career appointments are subject to the above criteria. TE's (Transitional Employees), are not career appointments and in order to borrow, must utilize a qualified comaker or co-signer.
All non-postal employees must be of the age of majority, eighteen (18) and have been gainfully employed for at least one (1) year.
Exceptions: Student Visa cards and First Time Student Car loans are obtainable with a qualified co-signing parent or guardian. In addition, individuals who are retirees and those persons on permanent disability will be evaluated and must qualify for a loan using the same criteria used for others as follows in our policy.
